The Lagrange Fire Protection District will be offering for sale a surplus, 2001 Ford Crown Victoria
automobile by sealed bid auction on June 8, 2017 at 5:30 p.m.

The vehicle is not currently in an operative condition. To obtain further information about the vehicle,

BID CONDITIONS
1. All bids must be received in writing, in a sealed envelope by 4:00 PM on June 8, 2017 in order to
be considered in the auction of the vehicle. Bids should be submitted to the Lagrange Fire
Protection District, care of Susan Ripperdan, 309 N. First St., Lagrange, KY 40031. Bids will be
opened and considered at the meeting of the Board of Trustees at 5:30 PM on June 8, 2017.

2. A bid reserve amount will apply to the vehicle. The Lagrange Fire Protection District reserves
the unqualified right to reject any or all bids. Any bids tendered in an amount less than the
reserve amount will not be accepted.

3. The vehicle will be sold “as is” without any warranties regarding its condition or performance.
The vehicle will also be sold without certain emergency response equipment and parts that will
be retained by the Lagrange Fire Protection District. To obtain further information about the
