| On Thursday, at approximately 9 pm, LaGrange Fire and Rescue was dispatched for mutual aid along with South Oldham Fire, to assist Ballardsville Fire on a report of a working structure fire in Ballard Wood subdivision |

| First arriving command car reported a fully involved structure. Crews worked extensively for about 45 minutes to bring the fire under control. No report of any injuries. We want to give a special thanks to North Oldham Fire, PeWee Valley Fire and Shelby County Fire for covering the county due to this large incident. |
